Marvin is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney who has more than 40 years of experience in commercial litigation, civil trial practice, personal injury and wrongful death. He is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Marvin's work as a commercial litigator covers a broad spectrum, ranging from cases involving contracts, construction and securities fraud to banking, and labor/employment issues. One recent case, for example, involved the Fair Labor Standards Act, while another involved people having stock wrongfully canceled by a company. He has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also adept in state and federal appellate work, with admission to the U.S. Court of Appeals.

In 2006, Marvin was nationally recognized, chosen among Super Lawyers in field of business litigation.
Marvin revels in the diversity of his work. Yet, while each workday different, common threads are his confidence and passion. "The things around the law profession have changed," he says. "But the profession itself hasn't changed. I try to help and solve problems when my clients are in turmoil."

Outside of the legal work, Marvin is a community leader, with a long list of civic contributions, highlighted by his current efforts on the board of directors of Committee of One Hundred of Orange County Inc., which provides assistance to families of fallen uniformed personnel.
