Marvin is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney who has more than 40 years of experience in commercial litigation, civil trial practice, personal injury and wrongful death. He is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Marvin’s work as a litigator covers a broad spectrum, ranging from cases involving contracts, construction, and labor/employment issues. One recent case, for example, involved the Fair Labor Standards Act, while another involved people having stock wrongfully canceled by a company. He has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

In 2006, Marvin was chosen as a Florida Super Lawyer in the field of business litigation.
Outside of his legal work, Marvin has served a number of community organizations, including the Christian Service Center, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Boy Scouts of America.

He has formerly served as a member of the board of directors the Committee of One Hundred of Orange County Inc., which provides assistance to families of fallen first responders.
